Protecting your workforce with real-world safety

Taylor Made Safety LLC was founded on a simple truth: safety is never just about binders, checklists, and OSHA compliance. Every individual working on a jobsite has someone counting on them to return home safely at the end of the shift. As a family-focused company, our slogan—“Your family needs you… WORK SAFE”—serves as our compass. We partner with contractors across Southwest Louisiana to build a culture of genuine care, high accountability, and shared responsibility so crews make a great living and return home safely every single day.

The best safety professionals work alongside the crew, not against them. Instead of halting production, we engage craft workers and supervisors directly to find safe, practical solutions that get the job done right. From handling daily job hazard analyses (JHAs) and site audits to leading engaging toolbox talks and incident investigations, we lift the compliance burden off your shoulders. Whether you need temporary coverage for a turnaround or dedicated full-time oversight, we integrate seamlessly into your team.
